A weekly one hour ​syndicated radio show for the lovers of Rock, Metal, Emo and much much more.

Your Host JP

An ex club and mobile DJ and long running radio manager who has been filling up dance floors and mosh pits for over 15 years.

JP has stood stage side or front of house with bands like OPM, Lordi, Hardcore superstar, Focus, Alien Ant Farm, Weezer, The Quireboys and many more. 

In later years JP has been quietly running his own station playing rock and metal.

Distorted Days is a flash back to JP's misspent youth, 
A mix of rock, metal, emo, pop punk, ska and much more.

From Jimmy Eat World to Rammstein there's something for everyone.


There will also be themed shows and listener requests.
